Little Mix’s Jesy Nelson got engaged with Ed Sheeran’s Help
Yesterday was an exciting day for Little Mix’s Jesy Nelson!!
Jake Roche, 22, popped the question to Little Mix band member Jesy Nelson (his 23-year-old girlfriend of one year) on stage at Manchester Arena yesterday with a little help from his friend Ed Sheeran.
Jake posted the below picture on Instagram, writing: ‘A year ago today I met her at Manchester arena, so it was only right, with a little help from my friend, that this happened. Best day of my life.’
The picture shoes Jake down on one knee, with Ed Sheeran standing in the background with a guitar and a microphone.
Jake later praised Ed on Twitter, writing: ‘Travelled 5 hours to sing our favourite song on his day off. I will never ever be able to repay you. Love you pal. @edsheeran‘.
Jesy accepted the proposal from her boyfriend Jake Roche and then got back to work as she took to the stage with Little Mix band-mates at Key 103 Summer Live in Manchester.
Little Mix – The Get Weird Tour comes to Dublin and Belfast in March 2016.
