The Shawn Mendes concert is this weekend, 13^th and 14^th of April and we know you are excited and looking forward to watching him live at 3Arena.

For your safety, we ask you to carefully read and review the following updated security restrictions and protocols that will apply:

Backpacks, larger purses or bags are not allowed; Anything bigger than a A4 piece of paper will not be permitted
A full body pat-down search and/or metal detector search will take place prior to venue entry.
Pocket contents will need to be completely emptied and viewed during the search process.
We encourage patrons to minimise jackets and additional layers when possible.
Check your tickets and ensure you arrive on the correct night as those arriving on the wrong night will not gain entry.
For those who arrive with large bags, there will be a bag drop located in The Point Village Centre at a cost of €10.00 per bag

Reviewing the above policies in advance and adhering to them on show nights will ensure that everyone gains entry to the venue in a safe and timely manner. Due to these security checks, it will understandably take longer for customers to gain entry into the venue so we please ask you to follow the instructions given by the staff.
