Watch a special message from the cast below:
Lana Lavelle was the star of Las Vegas. She sold out houses quicker than the The Rat Pack and Liberace combined. Some say she even got a little “shook up” with The King Himself. More Sassey than Bassey, more Grace than Kelly, she had the world at her feet and the audience in the palm of her hand. Then she just disappeared…Until now!
The world may have forgotten Lana but tonight she’ll remind us what real talent is. Backed by her two `little darling daughters’ this is an extravaganza of singing and dancing from a family with one hell of a secret. Lana’s here to set the record straight once and for all with a rolicking rock’n’roll ride.
So what could go wrong? Well just about everything!
Eilish O’Carroll (Lana Lavelle, performer extraordinaire), Mrs Brown’s Boys’ lovable neighbour swaps rollers for sequins, Fair City’s Clelia Murphy (LulaBelle Lavelle, Lana’s exoctic daughter and reluctant backing singer) is a tour de force, Elaine Hearty (Bette Davis Lavelle, Lana’s musically talented daughter and backing singer) is pitch perfect and Mark O’ Regan (Jumbo Johnson, Lana’s friend and owner of the less than salubrious The Big Johnson Club ) is larger than life.
So it’s one for the money, two for the show, three to get ready and go, go, go, along to the Olympia Theatre for a singalong, toe tapping, laugh out loud extravaganza. Get yourself a front row seat now!
