American rock legend Bruce Springsteen has experienced a phenomenal amount of success since the release of his debut album, Greetings from Asbury Park, N.J, in 1973. Springsteen’s most famous album is probably ‘Born In The USA’, released in 1984, which features hits ‘Born In The USA’, ‘Dancing In The Dark’ and ‘Glory Days’. Springsteen is well-known for his energetic performances on stage, with some lasting for more than three hours. Bruce and The E Street Band toured around the world many times, with the ‘Tunnel Of Love Express Tour’ in 1988 and ‘The Rising Tour’ in 2002-2003. They released their eighteenth studio album, ‘High Hopes’ in 2014, and subsequently brought the ‘High Hopes Tour’ around the world. On their last visit to Ireland, they played sell out shows in Limerick, Cork and Belfast before closing their European Tour with two nights in Kilkenny. They last played in Dublin in 2012, and have now confirmed a return to Dublin in 2016.
