Q: Where can I buy tickets for Ed Sheeran’s Irish tour?
A: Tickets for extra dates can be purchased from Saturday, 15th of July at 9am through www.ticketmaster.ie or from Ticketmaster outlets nationwide. Please see list of outlets below.
Q: Can you only buy tickets with a credit/debit card?
A: Tickets may be purchased without a credit/debit card by going to your local Ticketmaster outlet. Find outlets here.
Q: How many tickets can I buy?
A: There is a limit of 4 per order/transaction
**please note: People are asked to purchase tickets for their own use and attendance to this event. **
Q: What are the age restrictions?
A: Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult of 18+. We advise parents with small children to purchase seated tickets where possible.
Q: What if we wish to attend as a group/family larger than 4 people?
A: A separate transaction will need to be made with another credit card.
Q: What do I do if my parent buys me a ticket on their card and they do not wish to attend the show?
A: Please purchase tickets in the cardholder’s name and on the day of the show please provide the attending party with the credit card, or a photocopy/photo of the card used at the time of booking. You will also need to bring along a valid ID to reflect family name.
Q: How can I purchase wheelchair/accessible seating tickets?
A: Wheelchair/accessible seating tickets will be available for all 4 venues, to purchase tickets for these areas please contact Ticketmaster.
Q: Will there be seating at all venues?
A: There will be seating available for Pearse Stadium, Galway, Phoenix Park, Dublin and Pairc Uí Chaoimh, Cork. There will be no seating available for Boucher Playing Fields, Belfast.
Q: What are the entry requirements?
A: For tickets purchased online: To gain access to the concert you are required to bring your tickets along with the purchasing credit card or a photo/photocopy of the credit card and a valid form of ID to reflect family name.
For tickets purchased in outlets: Whether you have paid by cash or credit card your name will be printed on your tickets and you will be required to bring valid ID, or a photocopy, to gain access to the show.
Useful Tips Prior to Tickets Going Onsale:
- Only tickets purchased from Ticketmaster, the official ticket vendor, are valid.
- Your ticket will immediately become invalid if resold or offered for resale.
- Tickets are strictly non-transferable.
- Don’t trust search engines as the often lead you towards secondary ticketing websites.
- Get organised in advance of purchasing online by registering and creating an account with Ticketmaster.ie
- Please don’t panic. As with most high demand shows you may be placed in a queue, please refrain from refreshing the page and remain patient.
