Dublin Singer-Songwriter Gavin James signs record deal for America

We are so excited for Dublin singer songwriter Gavin James as he today signed a deal with Capitol Records for America!

Gavin James from the heart of Dublin started playing guitar when he was 8 years old. When he completed secondary school he started performing in Temple Bar.

He came into the main spotlight back in November 2012 when his debut EP ‘Say Hello’ rocketed to the top of the Irish iTunes chart.

This debut success escalated and the song won Song of the year at the Meteor choice awards 2012.

In the past, Gavin has been a support act for many artists such as Kodaline, Ryan Sheridan and James Blunt.

Back in September our other favourite red head musician Ed Sheeran tipped Gavin for future success and tweeted his support for Gavin, “Record labels, if you ignore Gavin James, you are losing out.”
