Collin’s Barracks plays host to the first ever Wider Than Pictures series of events from Thursday 25 until Sunday 29 August 2022 and a number of household names are ready to light up the Dublin stage. With it being the series’ inaugural year, you might have some questions but fear not, we’ve got you covered! Here’s all you need to know before it kicks off this weekend 👇

*Gates for all shows open at 6:30pm. Bars will close at 10:00pm for all shows. Concerts will finish no later than 10:30pm.

Entry

  • Entry to the event is through Liffey Street West.
  • This event is over 18’s, please have your I.D. available.
  • Please have your ticket ready.
  • All patrons will be subject to search.

Safety

* Bags must be A4 size or smaller.

For the safety and well-being of allattendees the following items are prohibited:

  • Fireworks, Chinese Lanterns, flares and high-power torches
  • Alcohol or drugs
  • Animals (except guide dogs) are not allowed
  • Anything which could be considered an offensive weapon
  • Laser Pens
  • Professional photographic equipment is not allowed (this applies to cameras that have detachable lenses and/or drones)
  • Selfie Sticks
  • Umbrellas
  • High-vis clothing
  • Bicycles are not permitted on site

*Anyone found carrying illicit items will have them confiscated and may be removed from the event and passed over to the Garda as a result.


Seating

We ask that you locate your seat first before using services on site so the show can start promptly. Please ensure you know your block, seat row and number. The number will be on the back of your chair. Ushers will be on hand to help if required.


Venue, Parking & Accessibility

  • The National Museum of Ireland, Collins Barracks is a National landmark. We ask that you respect the building, be patient with access and egress.
  • Should you require any accessibility assistance we ask that you contact the event organisers before the show to arrange access. You can reach them here – hello@singularartists.ie
  • There is no parking on site for this event with adjacent roads closed. We ask that you travel by public transport where possible.

Travel

The National Museum of Ireland is served by the LUAS Red Line – please get off at the MUSEUM stop.
