Q: WHERE CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS?
A: Tickets can be purchased from  www.ticketmaster.ie
Under 16’s MUST be accompanied at all times by a person 18+
Ticketmaster is the official ticket seller for this event.
AVOID! Please beware of bogus ticket sellers & tour operators. Please do not buy tickets from unofficial sources including websites as these tickets will not grant you access.

Q: I HAVE SEEN TICKETS ADVERTISED ON OTHER SITES – CAN I STILL ORDER FROM THERE?
A: DON’T DO IT! We strongly discourage patrons purchasing tickets from any site other than www.ticketmaster.ie which is the authorised seller of tickets for this event. Purchasing on www.ticketmaster.ie or from a Ticketmaster outlet directly guarantees genuine tickets. Anyone presenting a bogus ticket will be refused entry to the concert.

Q: I HAVE A STANDING TICKET, WILL I BE ABLE TO BRING A SEAT?
A: No type of mobile or temporary seating or any object larger than A5 (11.45cm x 15.25cm) will be allowed inside the venue. Whilst Ticketmaster may try to exchange your standing tickets for a seat, please be aware it may not be possible to do so if the seating areas are sold out. Please contact Ticketmaster prior to the concert.

Q: MY CIRCUMSTANCES HAVE CHANGED SINCE I PURCHASED MY TICKET AND I AM NOW PREGNANT, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
A: Whilst the agents may try to exchange your tickets for a seated area, please note this may not be possible if all seating areas have sold out. Please contact Ticketmaster prior to the concert.

Q: IF MY TICKETS ARE SEATED, IS IT POSSIBLE FOR ME TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE STANDING AREA?
A: Due to safety reasons and crowd control, this will not be possible.

Q: IF I ARRIVE LATE CAN I STILL ENTER THE VENUE?
A: Yes, once you have a valid ticket you will be allowed entry. However, we would highly recommend planning your journey in advance allowing plenty time for travel to ensure you don’t miss a thing.

Q: CAN I LEAVE AND RE-ENTER THE VENUE THROUGHOUT THE DAY?
A: No. Once you leave the venue on the show day, re-entry will not be possible.

Q: HOW WILL I GET UP TO DATE INFORMATION IN THE DAYS LEADING UP TO THE CONCERT?

Q: WILL THERE BE A FACILITY TO QUEUE AT THE VENUE?
A: Early queuing will not be permitted in the streets around Croke Park. Please note if you arrive early, you will be turned away. This is a residential area and we ask ticket holders to please respect the privacy of the residents and the local community.

Q: WHAT SHOULD I WEAR BASED ON EXPECTED WEATHER?
A: Please keep in mind that this is an outdoor event and Ireland has its fair share of rain, so please keep watch on the weather forecast prior to May 17th and dress accordingly. If it rains, please leave all umbrellas at home as they will not be allowed inside the venue. Always wear footwear for uneven surfaces and which are comfortable to walk in as the stadium is a large venue to walk around. We are crossing our fingers for sunshine on the show day, so If the sun does come out please bring along sun cream. The stadium can get very cold in the evening so please do dress with this in mind.

Q: CAN I BRING AN UMBRELLA?
A: No, umbrellas are not permitted in the stadium. In the event of adverse weather conditions, we would advise wearing a rain mac or disposable rain coat.

Q: IS IT POSSIBLE TO TAKE VIDEOS & PHOTOS AT THE SHOW?
A: Cameras in excess of 3mm lens, Cameras which cannot fit in A5 (11.45cm x 15.25cm or 4.5 in x 6.0in) size bag and video recorders WILL NOT be admitted. Laser pointers are strictly prohibited.

Q: CAN I BRING POSTERS/BANNERS TO THE CONCERT?
A: Flag poles or sticks for banners are not allowed. Only small banners of either A4 or A3 size will be permitted into the venue as anything larger can obstruct the views of other customers.

Q: WHAT CAN I BRING OR NOT BRING TO THE CONCERT?
A: Prohibited articles and items are as follows: any article that may be used as a weapon, any person deemed to be offensive or abusive or who may compromise public safety, will not be admitted and be reported to the Gardai. Professional cameras and recording devices (this applies to cameras that have detachable lenses), bottles, glass vessels, cans, flasks, frisbees and similar items, dangerous or hazardous illegal substances, skateboards or other skates, flag poles, selfie sticks, flares, laser devices, prams/push chairs, inflatable and folding chairs, large suitcases/rucksacks, laptops illegal merchandise items, umbrellas, hampers and cold boxes, airhorns, alcohol, drinks, food and animals (except service dogs and guide dogs).

Q. WHAT SIZE BAG CAN I BRING TO THE CONCERT?
A: Please do not bring a bag unless it is totally necessary. People without bags will be fast-tracked. If you must bring a bag it needs to be smaller than A5 (11.45cm x 15.25cm or 4.5 in x 6.0in) size – Yes, that small!. Bags under A5 (11.45cm x 15.25cm or 4.5in x 6.0in) size will be subject to a search which will result in unnecessary queueing.
This means no backpacks, brief cases, computer cases, camera bags. Cases or luggage of any kind will not be allowed beyond the outer cordon/ticket check. A further check will occur at all entry point to the venue.

Q: WILL I BE SEARCHED BEFORE ENTRY TO CROKE PARK?
A: All patrons will be subject to a ‘pat-down’ search in as is permissible under the law before being admitted to the venue.
NOTE: There will be plenty security staff at the concert. The security staff are there for your protection, to direct and to help you. Please do not hesitate to ask them for help at any point throughout the event. We ask you to co-operate with the security staff as their job is to make the whole experience go as smoothly as possible for all The Rolling Stones fans.

AGE POLICY

Q: IS THERE AN AGE LIMIT TO THE SHOW?
A: Under 16’s must be accompanied at all times by a parent or guardian attending the event who will remain with them and take full responsibility for them throughout the duration of the concert. Under 14’s are NOT allowed on the pitch either accompanied or unaccompanied. Anyone aged 14− 16 years with Pitch standing Tickets must be accompanied by an adult to gain access to the Pitch standing area.

Q: HOW MANY CHILDREN UNDER 16 CAN I ACCOMPANY?
A: One adult can accompany up to 4 children.
There will be FREE TAG-A-CHILD safety wristbands which will be available at all the customer care points both outside and inside the venue. Parents/guardians attending with young children are encouraged to avail of these white wristbands which have space for parents/guardians to write a contact number and seat number. The purpose of these wristbands is to help reuniting lost children with parent/guardian should your child become separated from you within the venue.

WARNING: For the safety and enjoyment of all patrons, An Garda Siochana, Croke Park and Aiken Promotions request all Parents and Guardians to undertake full responsibility of U16’s throughout the duration of the event and ensure adherence to the age restrictions and conditions when attending the event. Parents and Guardians are also advised to make use of the “FREE TAG-A-CHILD” facility.
IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE: If there is doubt whether a minor qualifies for age restrictions set out, proof of age may be requested. It is the responsibility of the adult accompanying the minor to be able to satisfy staff that the minor is the age they say. We recommend if in doubt please bring colour photocopy of the minor’s passport to prevent any unnecessary disappointment.

Q: I WOULD LOVE TO BRING MY BABY/TODDLER TO THIS EVENT, IS IT POSSIBLE?
A: No. We strongly advise against brining young children to concerts due to the risks associated with loud noise and the potential upset for children amongst crowds and similar for other patrons in the vicinity of children. If you decide to bring a young baby/toddler to the show, parents must sign a disclaimer form on admission to the venue. Also, please note, a ticket is required for every concert attendee and this includes babies and toddlers.
PLEASE NOTE: Should you have any queries in advance of the concerts you should contact Ticketmaster or Aiken Promotions (www.ticketmaster.ie, www.aikenpromotions.com) and we will be happy to assist. Please be advised on concert day there will be customer care points outside and throughout the venue, should you require any assistance please speak to a member of staff in a pink hi-vis vest.

Croke Park is bordered by Clonliffe Road, Ballybough Road and the North Circular Road.

Q: CAN I TRAVEL TO THE STADIUM VIA PUBLIC TRANSPORT?
A: Yes indeed, this is the best option. Croke Park is well served by public transport. Bus Rail, DART and LUAS transport options can all bring you within 15 minutes’ walk of the stadium. Plan your journey to & from Croke Park based on the following:
• Add a least 1.5 hours to your usual journey time to avoid being late.
• You are strongly advised to arrive early and use public transport as traffic delays are inevitable. www.transportforireland.ie can help you plan your route.
• Croke Park is well served by public transport. Bus Rail, DART and LUAS transport options can all bring you within 15 minutes’ walk of the stadium. Details are available at:

• Please note the extension of the LUAS Green Line from the South of the City to O’Connell Street and Parnell Street. This is close to Croke Park.

Q: HOW DO I GET TO THE VENUE FROM THE BUS/TRAIN STATION?
A: There will be signage to direct patrons to the appropriate entrance to your seating or standing area. Follow the coloured route directions and additional signs.

Q: WILL THERE BE ANY ROAD RESTRICTIONS OR CLOSURES WHEN TRAVELLING TO THE STADIUM?
A: Yes, roads surrounding Croke Park will be closed or restricted to resident access before and after the concert. Please follow the direction of Gardai and security staff.

Q: I NEED TO GET PAST THE TRAFFIC CORDONS ON THE DAY OF THE CONCERT. WHAT CAN I DO?
A: You must contact Mountjoy Garda Station directly in exceptional circumstances to gain access inside the cordon. This access will normally be restricted to residents and business operators only.

Q: WILL ROADS BE CLOSED IN THE AREA?
A: Yes, as Croke Park is situated in a residential area – certain roads will be closed or restricted to resident access in and around the venue before and after the concert. We would strongly advise the use of public transport.

PRIVATE COACH PARK

Q: WE ARE TRAVELLING VIA PRIVATE COACH, WHERE CAN WE GET DROPPED OFF AND COLLECTED AFTER THE CONCERT?
A: Those travelling with a private coach operator will be facilitated on Alfie Byrne Road for drop off and collection points. There is no other designated area for private coach drop off and collection in the vicinity of the Stadium.
Please note, all private operator much register with the National Transport Authority prior to the concert.

STADIUM FACILITIES

Q: I HAVE SEATING TICKETS AND MY FRIENDS/ FAMILY HAVE TICKETS FOR PITCH STANDING. CAN I GO AND MEET THEM DURING THE CONCERT?
A: No. Movement between areas or levels will not be permitted during the concert for crowd control & safety reasons.

Q: CAN I QUEUE EARLY AT THE VENUE?

Q: CAN I PURCHASE OFFICIAL ROLLING STONES MERCHANDISE AT THE CONCERT?
A: Of course! An amazing display of official merchandise will be available in a number of outlets located inside the venue. Please refrain from purchasing any unofficial merchandise outside the stadium.

Q: WILL THERE BE A FACILITY TO PURCHASE FOOD AND DRINK IN THE STADIUM DURING THE CONCERT?
A: Yes, there will be a wide range of food and beverages available to buy. The bars and food outlets will be available inside the venue. Proof of age will be required if you wish to purchase alcohol.

Q: WILL THERE BE DRINKING WATER AVAILABLE?
A: Yes, drinking water fountains will be available at various points around the stadium.

Q: CAN I SMOKE IN THE STADIUM?
A: No. Smoking is prohibited in all enclosed areas of the stadium and is only permitted in designated open air areas to the rear of the stands. Please note the same restrictions apply to vaping.

Q: WHAT IF I OR ONE OF MY GUESTS FEEL UNWELL OR HAVE AN ACCIDENT?
A: There will be trained medical staff on duty. Please approach a steward right away who will direct you to the nearest First Aid/ medic point or summon assistance directly.

Q: WHERE ARE THE FIRST AID AREAS?
A: There will be a First Aid area located on every level of the stadium, this includes the pitch. These areas will all be clearly signposted, and all stewards will be able to direct patrons to the nearest medical staff.

Q: I AM A LOCAL RESIDENT LIVING NEAR CROKE PARK. I HAVE A QUERY ABOUT THE CONCERT, WHO SHOULD I CONTACT?

PARKING

Q: WILL THERE BE PUBLIC PARKING FACILITIES AT THE STADIUM FOR THE PUBLIC?
A: No. There is no parking available on the streets surrounding the immediate vicinity of the stadium. A traffic management plan will be in operation by An Garda Siochana. Local residents will have priority access to their home. The area is monitored by Dublin City Council Parking Enforcement and illegally parked cars may be clamped or towed away. We would strongly encourage concert goers to use public transport.
We also strongly advise that patrons park with a view to ease of leaving the city at the end of the concert – This generally means using car parks on the outer perimeter and walking to the venue. Pay particular attention to on-street parking signs such as pay & display and do not park in restricted or ‘no parking’ areas as a robust parking enforcement operation will be in place. ‘Clamping’ will be in operation to combat illegal parking.

– As traffic and parking delays are inevitable you are strongly advised to use public transport or carpool.

– Croke Park is well served by public transport. Dublin Bus, Rail, Dart and Luas will all bring you less than a 15 minute walk to the Croke Park Stadium.
– We strongly advise you to plan your journey in advance allowing yourself sufficient travel time to and from the venue.

SPECIAL NEEDS

Q: I HAVE A WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE TICKET AND HAVE A QUERY – WHO DO I CONTACT FOR ADVICE?

Q: I AM A WHEELCHAIR USER. WILL THERE BE A DESIGNATED AREA FOR WHEELCHAIR USERS AT THE CONCERT?
A: Yes, there will be a purpose built raised wheelchair platform on the pitch and some designated areas on level 4 in the Cusack Stand. Please contact Ticketmaster in advance of attending the event. Please note there is a capacity limit in this area so Wheelchair Accessible Tickets are required to access the wheelchair platform. The staff will operate a strict one wheelchair user/one friend policy.

Q: I AM NOT IN A WHEELCHAIR BUT HAVE ACCESS NEEDS. WILL THERE BE A DESIGNATED AREA FOR CUSTOMERS WITH ACCESS NEEDS AT THE CONCERT?
A: Yes, there will have a designated viewing area and accessible facilities for your use. These seats will be located in the Lower Cusack Stand and are the most accessible to all facilities including lifts, toilets etc. Please contact Ticketmaster to exchange your tickets for accessible tickets. Please note that seats in this area is limited so please contact in advance of the concert. Q: SINCE I PURCHASED MY TICKET AND I AM NOW A WHEELCHAIR USER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
A: Please contact Ticketmaster regarding any ticketing queries.

Q: WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE TICKETS WERE SOLD OUT, WHAT CAN I DO?
A: There is a fixed capacity for the wheelchair area and if the concert is SOLD OUT, the promoter may not be able to accommodate you. Patrons are advised against arriving in a wheelchair without a wheelchair accessible ticket.

Q: WILL THERE BE DESIGNATED PARKING FOR DISABLED GUESTS?
A: Parking for disabled badge holders will be in Clonliffe College. There will be no parking for disabled guests in Croke Park stadium or any on-street disabled spaces within the immediate vicinity of the stadium.
There is a reserved area for disabled patrons in Clonliffe College, however space is limited. If you have purchased a wheelchair ticket, Ticketmaster will contact you through the email provided at the time of the booking regarding a car parking pass for Clonliffe College car park. This parking pass will be emailed to you in advance and must be printed out and displayed on your windscreen.
If you do not have a wheelchair accessible ticket, limited parking is available at Clonliffe College car park on a first come first served basis. There will be a charge of €10 for all cars using the parking facility at Clonliffe College car park upon arrival.
