Review: Jason Derulo at 3Arena, Dublin on Tuesday 26 January
Jason Derulo brought his ‘Everything is 4’ album tour to the 3Arena, Dublin last night. He put on a spectacular show!
Aston Merrygold, a former member of popular British boyband JLS, provided support for the show. He performed some of his new songs.
Jason Derulo came on stage at 9pm, appearing after a four minute countdown on screen, in keeping with the theme of his tour, ‘Everything is 4’.
He opened the show with a bang, singing his popular hits ‘Trumpets’ and ‘Wiggle’. The whole crowd were on their feet dancing and singing along.
Jason left the stage and the crowd went wild as he returned moments later to sing two of his most famous songs, platinum singles, ‘Whatcha Say’ and ‘Ridin’ Solo’.
Jason performed another platinum single, ‘It Girl’ and brought a girl from the crowd up on stage with him!
He followed this with his well-known, upbeat song, In My Head. The crowd were all standing up, singing and dancing. The atmosphere was electric.
He also performed songs from his new album, including ‘Broke’, ‘Try Me’ and ‘Love Me Down’.
Jason came out into the crowd accompanied by his backing dancers, and even sat down on one of the seats beside a member of the audience!
Jason taught the crowd the dance for ‘Pull Up’, before returning back to the stage to perform the song. He finished the concert with two recently released songs from his new album, ‘Cheyenne’ and ‘Want To Want Me’.
What a brilliant concert – a party from start to finish!!
