Friday 28 October

The Beauty Queen of Leenane
The Beauty Queen of Leenane can be seen at the Gaiety Theatre on Friday 28 October and two shows will run on Saturday 29 October. The Beauty Queen of Leenane is set in the mountains of Connemara and tells the story of Maureen Folan, a plain and lonely woman in her early 40s, and Mag, her manipulative, ageing mother.

After selling out his Thursday night gig, an extra night has been added for Friday 28 October in Whelan’s. Brian Deady has been something of a best-kept secret for the last year or so, so catch him on the Halloween weekend for an extra treat.

Augustines
