Iúr Music Festival

Doran’s Hill, Newry | 23 – 25 May

There’s a fresh festival in town, ready to make some noise! Brand-new three-day festival Iúr Music Festival takes place in Doran’s Hill, Newry starting Friday 23 May – 25. Renowned folk bands The Tumbling Paddies, The Highstool Prophets and Ruaile Buaile will headline this inaugural lineup, with a DJ ending each night on a high note. This first-of-its-kind festival for Newry also features a blend of up-and-coming home-grown talent across the three days with Annarose McCabe, Odhran Murphy and Sean Magee.

Royal Kilmainham Hospital, Dublin | 31 – 1 June

Forbidden Fruit transforms the grounds of Dublin’s Royal Kilmainham Hospital into a musical playground over the June bank holiday weekend from 31 May – 1 June. The two-day festival features a packed line-up of electronic music legends like Jamie XX, Caribou, Underworld, and Peggy Gou, alongside some of Ireland’s rising artists such as Moio, Essiray, F3miii and Cliffords.

St Anne’s Park

St Anne’s Park, Dublin | 30 May – 8 June

Starting in May, St Anne’s Park celebrates its sixth year of live music in the fresh air. Set against the backdrop of lush green fields, the concert series takes place from 30 May – 8 June. This year’s programme boasts a diverse line-up of artists spanning from Alternative/indie rock to 90’s throwbacks.

Irish rock band Inhaler start the concert series off with a bang on 30 May!
