How to prepare for ticket sales
Check out these top tips to improve your chances of getting the hottest tickets when they become available
1. Create an account
Sign up on Ticketmaster before tickets go on sale. Add (or update) your payment & delivery info for faster checkout.
2. Verify your account
Add your phone number and verify your account with a one-time code.
3. Get everything ready
Charge your device, clear your browser’s cache, and avoid using a VPN. Always make sure you only use one tab on one device.
4. The waiting room
The waiting room (if there is one) will usually open 15 minutes before the sale. Once the queue opens, we’ll tell you exactly where you are in line.
5. Stay updated
We’ll give you real-time updates in the queue or follow Ticketmaster on social media.
What to expect after you’ve bought tickets:
- Download the Ticketmaster app to access and transfer your tickets easily.
- If plans change, you can resell your tickets if the event allows it.
