Lord of the Flies

lord_of_the_flies_205x115This November Regent’s Park Theatre will be bringing their critically acclaimed production of William Golding’s Lord of the Flies to The Bord Gáís Energy Theatre, Dublin from the 24th until the 28th of November.

Lord of the Flies is a thrilling Production about a group of school boys, who after surviving a catastrophic plane crash now struggle for survival in a darkly sinister world of superstition and immorality.

First published in 1954, Lord of the Flies was William Golding’s debut novel. Lord of the Flies is directed by Regent’s Park Theatre’s artistic director Timothy Sheader. Lord of the Flies is co-directed by Liam Steel. Tickets for this highly praised show are on sale now.

The Matchmaker

matchmaker_205x115This November John B Keane’s The Matchmaker will be coming to The Gaiety Theatre, Dublin from the 9th to the 14th.

The Matchmaker follows the efforts of Dicky Mick Dicky O’Connor as he tries to make matches for lonesome and loveless people. Keane uses The Matchmaker as a way to explore rural loneliness using his unique way with words, he delves into the lonely world of county people and creates a marvelous world full of colour, taking us back to s simpler world.

The Matchmaker has been highly recommended by those lucky enough to see it. Tickets are on sale now.

Matthew Bourne’s Sleeping Beauty

sleeping_beauty_205x115From the 10th to the 14th Matthew Bourne’s Sleeping Beauty is taking place in the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre this November 2015.

Matthew Bourne’s Sleeping Beauty is a spin off on the classic tale of a young girl cursed to sleep for a hundred years. Bourne’s takes the classic tale and turns it inside out, creating a supernatural love story like no other. Tickets for this show are on sale now.


Disney on Ice

DISNEYONICEDisney on Ice is taking place this November 13th through to the 15th in the Citywest Hotel, Dublin.

Disney on Ice is a family fun affair featuring ‘Frozen, The Little Mermaid, Toy Story and Cars’. It is a magical experience to be remembered by the whole family, with amazing performances and tricks from the whole cast you will truly be left astounded. Tickets are on sale now.


Back To the Future

bttfBack to the Future is taking place in the Bord Gáis Energy Theatre on the 15th of November 2015.

In celebration of the 30th Anniversary of The Blockbuster film, Back to the Future will be displayed like never before, on a big hi-def screen with a full symphony orchestra performing Alan Silverstri’s fantastic musical score live in time with the movie. Tickets for Back To the Future are available.

No children under 8 will be permitted. Parental guidance is advised.


Romeo and Juliet

romeoandjulietOn the 18th and 19th of November Tchaikovsky’s Perm State Ballet are returning to Dublin, with Sir Kenneth MacMillan’s Romeo and Juliet.

Through musical interpretation MacMillian takes William Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet and uses the art of dance to create a beautiful production. By using the art of dance he displays the love between the torn couple in a way quite like no other. The music and dancing fit perfectly to create every emotion felt throughout the Ballet.
