Coldplay - A Head Full Of Dreams (Official Video)

Fans were overjoyed with the announcement that Coldplay will be making a stop in Dublin on their Head Full of Dreams tour, on Saturday July 08 2017. So how do you give yourself the best chance of getting tickets? Here are some of our top tips.

  1. Open your account and login now
Get the hard part out of the way now. Make sure your account is up to date, check passwords, billing information and delivery address ahead of time. This way your account will be fully up to date when it comes to getting your tickets. Make sure you’re logged into you account before tickets go on sale. Your stress levels will be much lower knowing you don’t have to fumble with your  account details. Go to Ticketmaster.ie now to get your account ready.
  2. Don’t refresh your screen
Stick to one browser, and one tab. Having multiple windows and tabs open will run the risk of you losing your tickets. Resist the urge to hit that refresh button. Refreshing the screen will lose you your place in the queue. Why not listen to your favourite Coldplay song as you wait, and keep your clicking finger away from that refresh button.
Ticketmaster is equipped with sophisticated systems that are designed to manage and process ticket purchases as quickly as possible. The queuing system that appears on your screen is actually doing something and will place you at the front of the line as soon as possible.
  3.  Check when tickets are available
Keep up-to-date with news at Twitter.com/TicketmasterIre and Facebook.com/TicketmasterIE. If anything changes with tickets, our social followers will be the first to know about it. We send real-time updates as the general sales happens, including any technical difficulties that might occur and alerts on when new tickets come available.
  4. Set an alarm
Set an alarm on your phone, maybe even set several alarms just to be sure. Make sure you’re awake and ready to buy at 9.00am Friday 06 October. Buy your tickets here.
